Product Description

PGE green sports ground material is a kind of pure environmental protection material with excellent properties of plastic and rubber, soft and moderate, and easy to process, which is a pure environmental protection material with nano grade (PU) and other raw materials through blending modification and high-temperature dynamic vulcanization (without adding any vulcanizing agent). It is a kind of elastomer (commonly known as nibble elastomer) which can contact with food by FDA.

Maintenance management

1. After the plastic track is laid, it needs to be kept for 7-10 days before it can be used.

2. Under the condition of certain drainage equipment, plastic runway is suitable for all-weather use. The plastic track is not suitable for other uses because it is used for sports practice, competition and students' static and fitness training;

3. To prevent the purification of harmful materials, always keep clean, prevent violent mechanical impact and friction, prohibit vehicles from driving on the runway, stack heavy objects and sharp objects, etc. (except for standard running shoes). Sports must wear special static shoes, nail length individual does not exceed 7 mm, jump shoes individual does not exceed 11 mm. If the static shoelaces have long nails, they are not allowed to be used on the plastic track;

4. Prevent temporary load;

5. Prevent fireworks and isolate heat sources, prevent contact with organic solvents, chemicals, cigarette butts and other kindling and purifying substances.

6. It should be washed with water frequently. After cleaning, a large amount of residual water can be removed by dry cloth. Oil stains can be cleaned with 10% ammonia water or detergent or washing powder.

Q:What are the differences between yours and traditional EPDM?

A:Traditional EPDM is vulcanized, unable to be recycled, smelled granules. We named our material as PGE, which stands for Polyurethane Grapheme elastomer. PGE is odorless, long lasting color and could be recycled after 10 years-used.

Q:Which one is your most special product?

A:I think the rice shape granules are the most eye-attracted one. The traditional EPDM is unable to produce the round shape, but we can. The kindergarten and other playgrounds love it!
